Just 1 min from CAC, 5 min. from C/ Larios, the most important street in downtown Malaga and Pier 1, very close to La Malagueta beaches or Huelin beaches. It is an ideal location to walk to all the places of interest that Malaga offers: Museums, restaurants, leisure areas, beach, perfectly connected to the city with taxi and bus stops both urban as well as for the entire coast at 100 m and metro or AVE train (María Zambrano station) at 500m from home.

You will have at your disposal a spacious and cozy dining room living room, open concept, modern and elegant dining room, which has a comfortable couch and rocking armchairs from the last century that have been newly rehabilitated, dining table with seating for 4 people, a 52-inch Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

A cozy but spacious open kitchen, fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and kitchen elements, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine-Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, extractor, iron and all necessary utensils for cooking.


Consists of 2 bedrooms equipped with comfortable rest systems, super comfortable viscoelastic legs and everything brand new, (a room with double bed 1,35×1,90m, Smart TV, closet and shoehorn, another room with two single beds of 90×190, large closet and shoehorn). We have two bedrooms with pillow menu in all beds, with various hardnesses and materials designed to make your stay truly comfortable.


The house has a study where our guests can work, relax, connect by video conference or just spend some time doing their things in a different and quiet environment.
